1. The earpiece can't work with my two-way radio

Troubleshooting:

• Incompatibility. Because of different pin specifications, the earpiece pin totally can't be inserted into the two-way radio audio jack, or the connector of the earpiece can be inserted into the two-way radio audio jack, but neither transmit nor receive sound.
